Who are obligants to use E-Delivery Note?

  • Revenue Administration requires taxpayers which are found by it as risky or with low level of tax, to use e-Delivery Note application regardless of industry, business line or turnover.
  • Administration notifies taxpayer in writing and give it a minimum of 3 months.
  • Companies which are e-Invoice obligants and have a gross sales revenues of TRY 25,000,000 or more in the account period of 2018 or subsequent periods must mandatorily use electronic delivery note application as of 01.07.2019.
  • In said industries, companies which obtained permit or license, and established as of 01.01.2020 must mandatorily migrate to application until April of the same year.

Mandatory Contents of E-Delivery Note

An E-Delivery Note must contain mandatory information pursuant to the standards. First of all, it must contain information about company issuing the e-Delivery Note. Name, business title, business address, tax office and company account number must exist on an e-delivery note. Issue Date of E-Delivery Note and document number must also exist on an e-delivery note. E-Delivery Note must include the information about recipient of the e-delivery note. Information about recipient of the e-delivery note must include Name, business title, business address, tax office and company account number of recipient of e-delivery note. Type and quantity of the goods shipped must be indicated. Actual shipping date must be written. Actual shipping time must be expressed in hour and minute.
